The Immaculata Symphony Presents Christmas Concert

The Immaculata Symphony will perform its annual Christmas concert on Sunday, December 6, 2009, at 3:00 p.m. in the Alumnae Hall Theater on the campus of Immaculata University. The Immaculata Symphony is a university-community organization, with a long and outstanding tradition that stems to the university´s founding in 1920. Ovidiu Marinescu is the music director for the Immaculata Symphony, which includes both students and community members. The Immaculata Chorale will also be featured, directed by Dr. Regina Gordon.
Celebrate the sounds of the holiday season with the music of Handel´s Messiah, the delightful carol suite by Shaw/Bennett, and the European charm of the Strauss waltzes.

Immaculata University, a Catholic coeducational institution, is located 20 miles west of Philadelphia, south of the intersection of routes 30 and 352, between Paoli and Exton.
