Rachel Kwon Receives Presidential Scholarship
Immaculata University is pleased to announce that incoming freshman Rachel Yongwoo Kwon has been selected for the Presidential Scholarship. Kwon resides in North Wales, PA, and graduated from Lansdale Catholic High School.
The Presidential Scholarship is awarded to a select number of students with a record of academic excellence. Students are evaluated on the bases of GPA (students must maintain a 3.25 GPA), class rigor, standardized test scores, class rank, and recommendations. There are four recipients of the Presidential Scholarship this year.
With interests in instrumental music and vocal music, Kwon intends to major in Music Therapy at Immaculata.
“Thank you Immaculata University for awarding me a scholarship,” Kwon stated. “I am honored and greatly appreciate this opportunity. I know this will truly make a huge difference in my education and future. I hope one day I will be able to give back to Immaculata University and others.”
Immaculata University is a comprehensive, Catholic, coeducational institution of higher education, located on the Main Line between Malvern and Exton, 20 miles west of Philadelphia.
