Judy Antonelli has been chosen as the featured artist of the 20th Annual Immaculata University Art Show. The West Chester resident works in watercolor, pastel and oil. The show will be open to the public free of charge from Sunday, February 2 through Sunday, February 9, with a ticketed opening reception on Saturday, February 1.
Judy attended Drexel University, Philadelphia Museum School, the Barnestone Studio, and studied with many fine artists such as Dominic DeStefano, A.W.S., Jean Dobie, Al Brouilette, Charles Reid, Nita Engle, and Burt Silverman.
Judy has been with the Immaculata Art Show since 1983. A watercolor teacher for 26 years, she is currently spending all her time painting in oil, pastel, and watercolor. She has 31 solo shows to her credit and published an award-winning book entitled "A Tribute to Cape May." She was featured in the watercolor issue of "American Artist" and The Artists´ edition of "The Four Seasons of Chester County." Judy is a member of the American Watercolor Society, the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, the Philadelphia Watercolor Club, and is a member of the board of directors and a signature member for the Chester County Art Association.
