Immaculata University’s Alumnae/i Association is Offering Day-Trips During the Fall
The Immaculata Alumnae/i Association is offering two day-trips to St. Michael´s Island in Maryland and the Christmas and Gift Show in Harrisburg, PA. Both trips are open to the public.
The day-trip to St. Michael´s Island on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland is scheduled for Saturday, September 30. The bus leaves Immaculata at 8:00 a.m. and arrives approximately at 11:30 a.m. Upon arrival, guests will have lunch at the Crab Claw Restaurant and then will have free time to explore the historic sites and shops. The bus departs St. Michael´s at 4:00 p.m. The cost for the trip is $75.00 per person.
On Wednesday, November 29, a tour bus will leave Immaculata University at 8:45 a.m. to take travelers to the Pennsylvania Christmas and Gift Show in Harrisburg, PA. The Christmas and Gift Show consists of over 500 vendors with unique gifts including crafts, jewelry, clothing, Christmas decorations, toys, household accents, ceramics, furniture, paintings, and holiday food. As part of the show, guests will be treated to music, cooking clinics, a dance troupe, and 40 decorated Christmas trees and holiday displays. An on-site cafeteria is available. The cost for the trip is $32.00 per person.
