Immaculata University’s 11th Annual Women’s Golf Open
On Monday, May 12, Immaculata University is hosting the 11th Annual Immaculata Women´s Golf Open at Hershey´s Mill Golf Club in West Chester. The Open, called "Fore" Women Only â€“ A Day of Golf, Beauty, and Wellness features various activities and educational opportunities for participants. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. followed by a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start of nine or 18 holes of golf. Events for the Fitness, Beauty, and Wellness are from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. One does not need to participate in the golf open to enjoy the other activities. The flexibility of the day allows women to pick and choose their activities.
Topics for the Fitness, Beauty, and Wellness events include: golf lessons, spa treatment, makeup and skincare consultation, healthy cooking session, Yoga classes, stress reduction workshop, Reiki, nutritional evaluation, reflexology and infrared message therapy, a stretch tent, self-defense for women, Pilates for Golf, holistic wellness instruction, and strength training. In addition, a select line of clothing, jewelry, and golf items will be for sale throughout the day. Vendors include: Keri Golf, Bonnie´s House of Couture, and Lia Sophia Jewelry. Participants can also enjoy an aromatherapy relaxation room and game room between activities.
Golf packages include all Fitness, Beauty, and Wellness events, buffet luncheon, cocktail reception and awards dinner and are priced for 18-holes of golf for $175 or 9-holes of golf for $150. Participants can also purchase the Ladies Day Fun Pass which includes all non-golf events and the buffet luncheon for $100.
