Immaculata University Presents A Jacobs Music – Steinway & Sons Performance Spotlight Concert

On Friday, March 28, Maria Jose Martin, an Immaculata faculty member, and Christopher Bradshaw will perform their piano recital entitled "Celestial Harmonies." The program includes Mozart´s "Symphony No. 41, ‘Jupiter,´ in C Major, K.551," MacDowell´s "Moon Pictures, Op. 21," and Holst´s "The Planets."
The event, co-sponsored by Immaculata University´s Friends of Music and Jacobs Music, will include a reception following the recital. Immaculata´s Friends of Music is dedicated to managing and increasing the existing endowed music scholarship funds, creating and supporting a general fund to support the needs of the Department of Music, and supporting the musical performance activities of the Department of Music.
The concert is set for 8:00 p.m. in Immaculata University´s Memorial Hall. It is free and open to the public.
Immaculata University, a Catholic, coeducational institution, is located 20 miles west of Philadelphia, south of the intersection of routes 30 and 352, between Paoli and Exton.
