Immaculata University Hosts a Preview of the PBS Documentary “The War”

Immaculata University welcomes the community to a free 45-minute condensed preview screening of the upcoming PBS documentary on World War II – "The War" directed by renowned filmmaker Ken Burns. The preview is on Wednesday, September 12, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. in Loyola Hall, Room 18, on the campus of Immaculata. A discussion and Q&A with Immaculata University History professors will follow the preview.
"The War," a 14-hour, seven-part series, features eyewitness accounts from soldiers on the front lines in addition to Americans doing their part to support the War and carry on at home. PBS plans to premier "The War" starting on September 16, 2007.
