Immaculata University Hosts A Concert by Grammy-Award Winner Christain McBride

On Friday, October 3, at 8:00 p.m., Grammy-award winning performer, Christian McBride will perform a concert at Immaculata University´s Alumnae Hall. The concert is sponsored by the Delaware Valley Arts Consortium. This event is part of the Fall Cultural Arts Series of Immaculata University.
As an acoustic and electric bassist, Christian McBride has become the most acclaimed acoustic and electric bassist to emerge from the jazz world in the 1990s. He has worked with musical greats such as Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, Diana Krall, Bruce Hornsby, Quincy Jones, and Sting.

The Delaware Valley Arts Consortium (DVAC) is a not-for-profit community-based arts-presenting organization founded in 1981. The mission is the development of arts literacy. The DVAC is focused on three art forms: dance, theatre and music.
