Immaculata University Announces April Workshop
Immaculata University will offer an on-campus undergraduate workshop for personal and professional development during the month of April.
This workshop will analyze the process of establishing and achieving personal investment objectives. They explore basic theory and practical techniques for personal investment. Topics include determining objectives and risk tolerance, measurements of risk and return, industry and company analysis, and characteristics of equities, mutual funds and other investment vehicles. Upon completion of this workshop, students are better equipped to set appropriate financial goals and make investment choices that are consistent with their objectives. Gregory P. Brown, MBA, instructs this class on Friday, April 27, from 6:00 – 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, April 28, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The cost is $355 for one credit or $170 for non-credit.
