The fall season at Immaculata University

Members of Immaculata University’s Student Dietetic Association will be walking in the National Eating Disorders Association’s (NEDA) annual walk on Saturday, November 5, at East Goshen Park in West Chester. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the walk will be over by 11:30 a.m.

Immaculata students will be walking to support those who suffer from eating disorders. According to NEDA, eating disorders — such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder – include extreme emotions, attitudes, and behaviors surrounding weight and food issues. Eating disorders are serious emotional and physical problems that can have life-threatening consequences for females and males. Anyone interested in joining the Immaculata community, please contact 484-323-3762. The walk is sponsored by the Student Dietetic Association of Immaculata.

Immaculata University is a Catholic, coeducational institution of higher learning, located on the Main Line between Malvern and Exton, 20 miles west of Philadelphia.
