Immaculata University will honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., on Monday, January 19, with a series of events throughout the day dedicated to this influential leader.

From 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., the Immaculata community will gather in the Great Hall to listen to student-led spirituals, view historic clips from the Civil Rights Movement, enjoy vocalist Mark Collier and his piano accompanist, and sign a collective peace pledge. Also, the community will participate in a unified prayer. From 9:00a.m. – 12:00p.m., a commemorative photo museum dedicated to Dr. King will be available for viewing in the Dining Hall in Nazareth Hall.
