Alumna Cindy Egnotovich Joins Board of Trustees
Immaculata University is pleased to announce that alumna Cindy Egnotovich ‘79, of Charlotte, NC, was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees for Immaculata University. She will serve a three-year term.
“As an alumna of Immaculata, I am honored to serve on the Board of Trustees and use my talents to help guide and support the University,” stated Egnotovich.
Egnotovich retired in 2013 as president of Aerospace Systems Customer Service for United Technologies Corporation (UTC). Serving previously as president of Nacelles and Interior Systems for Goodrich Corporation, Egnotovich began her career at Goodrich in 1986 as a financial analyst before moving into various leadership roles within the company.
Egnotovich earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Immaculata University and continued her education receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University. She currently serves as a director of the Manitiwoc Co., Inc., a $4 billion capital goods manufacturer and is on the Board of Directors for Hexcel Corporation, a leading advanced composites company in Stamford, CT.
Immaculata University’s Board of Trustees is comprised of both lay and religious leaders in the education and corporate community. As the governing body of Immaculata, the Board understands, endorses, articulates, supports and promotes the mission of the University.
